PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TV imaging device of which the microscope part and the observation part, i.e., a monitoring TV are not connected with a cord and a relative positions of the microscope part and the observation part are not limited, with which snow in a natural condition or the like is easily observed in a room or the like, and a specimen is easily observed from a desired direction with a simple composition without using a rotational type stage for specimen even when the specimen has an orientation. SOLUTION: The TV imaging device is characterized by the fact that the device is provided with a base, a supporting arm journaled on the rotating axis line which is perpendicular to the base, a stage for specimen fitted on the supporting arm, an objective optical system and a illumination system of the microscope, and a wireless TV imaging part arranged on the image formation point of the objective optical system of the microscope.
