PURPOSE: A projection type chest for receiving kitchen utensil is provided to enable a user to conveniently and easily store and use the kitchen utensil in a drawer easy to be projected by one-touch manipulation. CONSTITUTION: The projection type chest for receiving kitchen utensil is comprised of a drawer installed within a cooking table(100), and a projection drawer(10) constructed to be elastically projected by a spring. The drawer is provided with an elastic holding piece, and a holding piece restriction part formed with a guide groove so as to make the elastic holding piece to be seceded and released. The drawer has an opened surface and a kitchen utensil fitting device is provided on the opened surface of the drawer.
