PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce any undesired vibration called disturbance in at least one shaft rotating at an almost fixed speed, or the virtual mechanical shaft of a machine. SOLUTION: At least one substantially harmonic moment 14 with the same frequency having specific amplitude and phase is overlapped on at least one of the discontinuous frequency parts of mechanical vibration 2 without depending on any other frequency part by an actuator 11 so that the amplitude of the mechanical vibration 2 can be reduced by the pertinent frequency. |
