PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component developer which satisfactorily imparts electric charges to a toner and gives a good image free from a scattered toner, surface stain and streaky stain and to provide an image forming device and an image forming method each using the developer. SOLUTION: The two-component developer contains at least a magnetic toner (A) having a magnetic material which is magnetic particles obtained by bonding carbon black to the surfaces of magnetic particles and a magnetic carrier (B).
