PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of synchronizing frames between base stations, by which frame synchronization is taken between base stations using an existing base station radio facility. SOLUTION: One scanning is defined, such that a reception window having a prescribed time width to detect a unique word from other base station is set over 20 frames in a time zone, with respect to basic frame timing and each scanning at 2nd and subsequent times is performed sequentially to shift the setting time zone of the reception window, until the unique word is detected.
