PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog/digital conversion device which can perform analog/digital conversion on high-frequency input signals by means of an A/D converter which operates at a low speed. SOLUTION: This analog/digital conversion device is constituted of sampling sections 1, 2, and 3, converted-result storing sections 4, 5, and 6, a selector 7, the A/D converter 8, a counter 9, a control section 10, an input terminal IN, and an output port OUT.
