PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact point constitution surely functioning as a contact point, where power is supplied to an electrifying sleeve and a magnetic particle control blade so that they may be electrified at the same potential by arranging an electrode contact constitution not only for the drive of the electrifying device where mechanisms are centralized but also on a non-driving side with a free space, as for a magnetic brush electrifying device, a process cartridge equipped with the electrifying device and an electrophotographic image forming device. SOLUTION: As for the electrifying device, the power is supplied from the image forming device main body to the driving side of the electrifying device, the power is supplied from the driving side of the electrifying device to the magnetic particle control blade. The power is supplied from the non-driving side of the electrifying device to the electrifying sleeve through the magnetic particle control blade.
