The invention relates to a composition for topical application comprising at least one particular water-insoluble compound and at least one amphiphilic polymer containing at least one monomer having ethylenic unsaturation with a sulphonic group, in free form or partially or totally neutralised, and comprising at least one hydrophobic part. The invention also relates to the uses of said composition, particularly in the cosmetic field, for the treatment and care of the human skin, scalp, mucous membranes, nails and hair. |
