PURPOSE: A management information alarming method is provided to make a real time transmission of necessary management information to a user computer periodically or for a certain designated time though the user directly searches for the management information so that it can minimize a risk of a business management. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a CPU enabling a user to input an office responsibility, a name and others, receiving a program for an early alarm of management data, and installing the program(S2), the CPU transmitting a list of the management information to the user computer(S4), the user selecting desired management information, a reference date, an establishment of an early alarm, a transmission period, and an early alarm method and transmitting the selected items to the server(S6), the CPU asking the user if the user modifies the selected items(S8), in a case that the user wants to modify the selected items, the CPU returning to the step S4, and in a case that the user does not want to do, the CPU storing the selected items at a database(S10), and the CPU requesting a database server to offer the requested management information by using the selected items, and transmitting the management information, offered by the database server, to the user computer(S12).
