摘要 PURPOSE: A revolving ship propelling system is provided to simplify a stern shape by arranging a main engine and a generator inside a ship body and arranging a motor and a propeller outside the ship and to increase the capacity without increasing the volume of the motor by using an air-core hot superconductive motor. CONSTITUTION: A revolving ship propelling system with an air-core hot superconductive motor comprises an engine(31) to generate main power; a generator(32) to convert the power energy to electric energy; an electricity converter to convert the electric level of the electric energy; an electric wire(33) to transfer the converted electric energy; a high density slow revolving air-core hot superconductive motor(34) to generate revolving power by the electric energy; a pod(35) equipped with the superconductive motor by installing outside a stern(40); a swirling device(36) to control the pod; and a pair of propellers(37) rotated by the revolving power of the superconductive motor by installing in the pod. Thereby, the stern shape is simplified.
