PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which realizes a partial sale of an encoded product and a sure and stage-by-stage accumulation and collection of sales of the store or the like. SOLUTION: The system writes an encoded product (software) on a product medium such as a CD-ROM. It also writes information on the product and a store on a store medium and send it to a wholesaler and a retailer in order. A customer is provided with the product medium only. The system creates a key to decrypting the product and hands it to the customer in exchange for his payment for the product so that the customer can take out the product from the product medium by the key or a key made from a composite key and use the product. It also counts the number of times of key creation and sales volume and adds them up on a closing date. The system makes it possible to execute a partial sale of an encoded product, to accumulate and collect sales for each store in a sure way and to manage customer information and sales. |
