HOMEPAGE GENERATING AND UPDATING METHOD, CTI SERVER USED FOR THE SAME, WEB SERVER, AND HOMEPAGE GENERATING AND UPDATING FACSIMILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homepage generating and updating method which enables anybody to easily generate and update a homepage without having the knowledge of a computer and the Internet and generates no insertion miss. SOLUTION: A format of a homepage is provided with layout blocks and a specific mail address meaning homepage generation and update and text or image data to be written to the layout blocks are transmitted from a facsimile machine to a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) server, which converts the data format of the image data, mails the data to the web server where the homepage is stored, and writes the text or image data to the layout blocks to generate and update the homepage. After the homepage is generated, the web server informs the CTI server of the URL(Uniform Resource Locator) and the CTI server obtains homepage data and sends them to the facsimile machine.
