MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PAPER INSERTED WATER MARK BY USING FOURDRINIER PAPER MACHINE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of paper inserted water mark by using a fourdrinier paper machine is provided which is characterized by reducing production cost. CONSTITUTION: The paper inserted water mark is obtained by a process containing the steps of: stopping paper material supplied from a head box(9) through a paper material guidance system temporarily; moving a movable slice(8) to flow the paper material; arriving on a water mark pressing embossed part of wire; passing through a suction pipe(10) to dewater by force; and then recharging the surrounding paper material into the dewatered embossed part to increase a difference of density of the paper material on the water mark part.
