PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a core insulation member insert into a slot of core. SOLUTION: The core insulation member 30 integrally has a slot insulation part 31 which has a U shaped cross section and can elastically be deformed and inserted into each slot 16 of a core having many slots 16 which are formed between a number of teeth 15 protruding from a yoke 14 and each of which the aperture is narrower than the interior, and a core side insulation part 32 which is disposed outside as a collar at the end of the slot insulation part 31 and capable of facing the side of the yoke 14 and the side 15a of the teeth 15. A core side insulation part 32 is warped in a direction to apart from the slot insulation part 31 as it is extended from the base end which is the connecting part with the slot insulation part 31 to the outer end.
