PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracks or the like from being generated in a translucent member without applying any large stress to the translucent member when the translucent member is to be joined to the body section of a fixing member by a brazing material, and also to firmly weld a flange at an end section of an optical fiber to the fixing member. SOLUTION: The fixing member 3 of the optical fiber 6 provided at the side section of a frame body 2 is made of an Fe-Ni-Co or Fe-Ni alloy. Also, the fixing member 3 is composed of a cylindrical main body 3b, and an annular member 3c. In the cylindrical main body 3b, the translucent member 3a is provided inside. The annular member 3c is joined to the outside end face at the body section 3b, at the same time, is made of stainless steal where the flange 7 mounted to an end section at the optical fiber 6 is welded, and has a thickness of 0.3 to 2 mm.
