PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which recording sensitivity is enhanced only of a recording spot and its vicinity of a recording medium. SOLUTION: A memory medium formed by providing an amorphous recording thin film or a crystal recording film on a substrate consisting of a non-magnetic body, a thin film whose magnetic permeability is changed by temperature is provided on the amorphous recording thin film or the crystal recording film.
