PURPOSE: A hydraulic device of a health machine for muscular movement is provided to save an installation space thereof, and to improve the convenience of installation, carrying, and storage as well as the durability thereof. CONSTITUTION: In the hydraulic device of a health machine for muscular movement, caps(2,2') provided with a gas valve(6") having an oil ring(9") are installed to the bottom of cylinders(1,1'), and guides(3,3') having packings(9,9') and pistons(6,6') having oil rings(8,8') are inserted into the upper end of the cylinders. One of pistons is mounted to a rod(4) drilled with a cable connection hole(5) on the one side. The cylinders are charged with oil and gas so as to allow the cylinders to be used as an oil chamber(7) and a gas chamber(7'), and connected with an oil entrance/exit pipe(12) provided with a power meter(13) and a control valve(14).
