PURPOSE: A structure of a multi-function electroacoustic transducer is provided to ensure a firm adhesion and increase an easiness of adhesion, stability of adhesion state and durability of adhesive force by enabling a plane adhesion and horizontal surface adhesion of an air hole screen controlling an air flow of a receiver unit so as to easily control frequency characteristics of a receiver, and facilitate a case injection operation by naturally forming air holes of the receiver unit. CONSTITUTION: The first yoke(130) doubly coupled to the second yoke(140) by a magnet(150) is inserted inside a case(100'). A vibration plate(118) with a coil(119) installed to be vertically moved between the first yoke(130) and the second yoke(140) with the magnet(150) inserted therebetween is adhered at an upper surface of an annular protrusion(111) formed at an inner face of an upper surface of the case(100'). A grill(117) is mounted and adhesively fixed at an upper surface of the annular protrusion(111) while being inserted inside the case(100'). An air hole screen(116) is adhered at a lower surface of the second yoke(140) with a hole(141) formed at an upper face. A speaker is formed such that the plurality of air holes(121) are formed at a middle portion of the stepped case(100'), a vibration plate with a coil positioned between the first yoke(130) and the second yoke(140) and vertically moved is adhered at a lower inner side of the case(100'), and a grill is insertedly fixed at an inner side of a lower portion of the case(100').
