PURPOSE: A device for testing vacuum and sealing performance of sealing member is provided to test performance keeping vacuum and sealing highly purified nitrogen gas for removing foreign matters. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a main body(10) having a nitrogen tank built therein; a workbench(11) horizontally installed on a front surface of the main body; a platform(12) formed on an upper surface of the workbench to deliver a sealing member(1); a vacuum pump(13) outputting vacuum pressure; a plurality of rubber pipes(14a,14b); and a control valve(15) controlling pressure of nitrogen discharged to the rubber pipes.
