PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery having high safety, while having high capacity and high output. SOLUTION: A cylindrical lithium-ion battery 20 has a rupture valve 11 at a battery cap, which cleaves at a prescribed pressure. As for a positive electrode plate of winding group 6, the composition ratio of lithium manganese powder of the primary particle diameter about 1 to 2 μm, the secondary particle diameter about 20 μm and Li/Mn ratio 0.52, flaky graphite of average particle size 18 μm and polvinylidene fluoride is set at 83:12: 5 in wt.%, and coating amount of lithium manganate per side of current collector of the positive electrode active substance mixture layer W2 is set at 80 g/m2, the thickness of the positive electrode active substance mixture layer W2 is set at 73 μm and the length of the positive electrode plate is set at 434 cm, and MCMB is used as the negative electrode active substance of a negative electrode plate, and as for the negative electrode active substance mixture layer W4, the thickness is set at 53 μm and the length is set at 446 cm. |
