PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail-order system convenient for a buyer. SOLUTION: Information of a product or a service is provided to public viewers by TV broadcasting from a TV broadcasting station 4. A viewer (buyer) has its mobile on portable phone 2 receive a picture pattern P displayed on a part of a television set 1 as control data of a product or the like at an optical receiving part, and specifies a displayed product or the like by operating the portable phone 2. The portable phone 2 compares the specified product or the like and the received control data, and creates a designated application data, and communicates to a mail-order seller 6 for application through a communication network. When the mail-order seller 6 receives the application, the mail- order seller 6 has a delivery agent 7 delivery the specified product or the like. When the delivery agent 7 delivers the product to the buyer 3 and receives a charge, settlement is requested to the mail-order seller 6 with using the portable phone of the buyer 3 and a portable phone of the delivery agent 7 to have a settlement center 8 settle the account appropriately. |
