PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present precise information on a commodity when a user acquires the commodity. SOLUTION: An access request is made in a regular site (a house buying support site) for the server side from the user side, and when the user is a user already buying a house (Yes in 100), data for supporting buying of a house is gathered by a questionnaire form (102), a type of a regret of the user is classified (104), the data is analyzed, advice most suited to the user is derived (106), and a regular routine is finished. Thus, when buying the house, the most suited advice can be provided by an analytical result corresponding to the regret into which the user easily falls. |
