<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting method which eliminates the generation of cracks in connecting terminal part when a covered wire and a connection terminal are connected. SOLUTION: An end of a coated wire 1 is inserted into a connecting terminal 2, and it is pressed from both of the upper and lower sides of the circumference of the connecting terminal 2 in that state by an energization poles 4. The coated wire 1 is temporarily caulked is closely attached to the terminal 2. In this case, the coat 3 of the coated wire 1 is peeled by an inner circumferential protrusion 5 provided inside the connecting terminal 2, and the tip of the height 5 is directly reached a copper wire port. Then, energization heating is performed through a setting process.</p> |
