PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decode turbo-coded information data efficiently. SOLUTION: In this system, a transmitting side transmits n-number of turbo- coded information data after transmitting training data; and a receiving side decides turbo-decoding frequencies of each information data based on the error- rate of the training data, and performs the turbo-decoding of each information data sequentially according to the decided frequencies.
