PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof seal set which permits sure affixation of rough sketch seals drawn with pictures to surfaces, such as wall surfaces of washstands and bathrooms, to be wetted with water for a long period. SOLUTION: This waterproof seal set consists of the rough sketch seal 1 which is peelably stuck across a rear surface tacky adhesive layer 12 to first backing 2 and the transparent or translucent waterproof seal 3 which is peelably affixed across the rear surface tacky adhesive layer to second backing 4 and has assize capable of covering and protecting the rough sketch seal 1 over the entire surface and therefore the rough sketch seal is peeled from the first backing and this rough sketch seal is affixed across the rear surface tacky adhesive layer onto the wall surface, such as the wall surface of the washstand or bathroom, to be wetted with the water and thereafter the waterproof seal is peeled from the second backing 4 and the water proof seal is affixed onto the wall surface in the state of covering and protecting the rough sketch seal, by which the rough sketch seal is protected from the water and can be surely kept affixed onto the wall surface in the state of preventing discoloration and deterioration for along period of time.
