PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load acting on an actuator at the time of opening a sector and to realize miniaturization. SOLUTION: This shutter is equipped with the actuator 2, a sector driving member 1 driven in a direction where the sector is opened by the actuator, an energizing member 9 energizing the member 1 in a direction where the sector is closed, a switch driving lever 8 actuated with the driving of the member 1, and a home switch 5 turned on/off by the actuation of the lever 8 and detecting the initial position of the member 1. The home switch 5 has a spring 6 and a spring bearing 7, and the spring 6 is held in an off-state where it is separated from the spring bearing 7 against the elastic force of the spring by the lever 8 at the initial position of the member 1. The holding of the spring 6 by the lever 8 is released interlocked with the driving of the member 1, and the spring 6 is elastically brought into contact with the spring bearing 7 by its elastic force and gets in an on-state.
