PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal an injection port for a liquid crystal while adjusting an interval between a first substrate 11 and a second substrate 13 of a structural body 21 for which filling of the liquid crystal is finished with gas pressure. SOLUTION: The equipment is characterized by being equipped with a first airtight holding member 81 closely contacting the first substrate 11 from the principal surface side and concurrently serving as a part of a holding member to hold the structural body 21 in a prescribed position, a second airtight holding member 83 closely contacting the second substrate 13 from the principal surface side in the same way, a supporting member 85 supporting the first and the second airtight holding members 81, 83 and further holding the structural body 21 in the prescribed position, an airtight container 87 capable of containing the supporting member 85 and controlling the inner pressure, a cover 89 closing the opening part of the airtight container 87 and having a window 89a in the part corresponding to the injection port for the liquid crystal to coat it with an end-sealing material and a third airtight holding member provided on a part corresponding to a periphery of the window 89 on the rear surface of the cover 89.
