PURPOSE: A process of preparing a health food product by mixing food materials containing components for preventing diseases and improving human health in a suitable ratio is provided. Whereby, the product is excellent in a taste and flavor as well as satisfying the preference as food. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 30 to 40% by weight of two or more selected from onion, carrot, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, celery and parsley, 5.0 to 7.5% by weight of one or more selected from cabbage, head lettuce and brussels sprouts, 0.5 to 1.5% by weight of undried ginseng, 4.0 to 6.0% by weight of Lentinus edodes, 0.5 to 1.0% by weight of garlic and the residue of water is heated and filtered. Thereafter, 40 to 50% by weight of the obtained liquid is mixed with 5 to 15% by weight of ground soybean or soybean water, 6 to 15% by weight of whole wheat flour, 5 to 10% by weight of a licorice root extract, 15 to 20% by weight of low fat milk and 0.01 to 0.2% by weight of lemon soy sauce or a citron soy sauce. |
