PURPOSE: Provided is a therapeutic composition containing anti-angiogenesis gene or fragment thereof for gene therapy of rheumatoid arthritis, thereby providing anti-angiogenesis factor constantly to inhibit the growth of synoviocyte and inflammation. CONSTITUTION: The therapeutic composition is characterized by including DNA coding an anti-angiogenesis protein or its fragment, wherein the angiogenesis protein is angiostatin, endostatin, platelet factor-4, thrombospondin-1, thrombospondin-2, METH-1, METH-2 or hepatocyte growth factor.
