PURPOSE: A wireless frequency identification card using an aluminum is provided to make a joining to an antenna unit and a memory chip of a radio frequency identification card easily and decrease a manufacturing cost by replacing a copper line with an aluminum line and performing a dipping process with a coating solution. CONSTITUTION: A joining state to a memory chip(13) becomes favorable by replacing a copper line antenna unit with an aluminum line antenna unit(12) of a radio frequency identification card(10). Alien substances on a surface of a sheet constituted by aluminum and a PET(11) are removed. A coating solution is dipping process on the sheet as a necessary thickness. The coating solution dipped sheet is dried. An artwork is adhered to the dry sheet and a perspective printing work is performed. A chemical agent is added on the printed sheet and a circuit pattern is developed. A conductor except the circuit pattern is removed through an etching process. A coating solution doping on the sheet is come off. The sheet is washed. The manufactured aluminum antenna uses a frequency band of 13,56MHz, and an error range of transmission is decreased.
