PURPOSE: A wheel generator having an improved armature coil assembly, a luminous wheel having the wheel generator, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the process of manufacture thereof as well as to embody stable electric connection by integrally injection molding the armature coil assembly with a wheel hub. CONSTITUTION: The wheel generator is comprised of a wheel axle and a permanent magnet assembly; an armature coil assembly for generating electric current through the interactive movement with the permanent magnet assembly; and a hub assembly surrounding the armature coil assembly and rotatably supported by the wheel axle. The armature coil assembly consists of a pair of lead pins(142d), an armature coil(144), and a lead pin support boss(142a).
