PURPOSE: An automatic acupressure treatment apparatus with a roller acupressure tool is provided to automatically acupressure the backbone of a user in a comfortable lying posture without inducing any pain during the acupressure treatment thereof, and to maximize the effect of acupressure treatment. CONSTITUTION: The automatic acupressure treatment apparatus is comprised of a body(100) onto which a user lies down; a guide rail(200) formed inside both sides walls of the body so as to be transferred left and right and up and down; a movable member(300) having two pairs of rotating acupressure rollers(310); a driving part(400) for transferring the movable member left and right; a tension adjustment part(500); and a plate made of any elastic high strength fabric for preventing a part of the user from falling downward.
