DOOR LOCKING APPARATUS FOR EMERGENCY EXIT

PURPOSE: A door locking apparatus for emergency exit is provided to open easily an emergency door only by pushing the emergency door. CONSTITUTION: A base(20) is fixed to an inside of an emergency door(1). A latch(30) is combined with the base(20). A front end portion(31) of the latch(30) is connected with a door frame. An elastic member(40) is used for pulling a rear end portion(32) of the latch(30) in order to project the front end portion(31) of the latch(30). An operating lever(50) includes a center part(51) combined with the base(20), a support part(52) for supporting the rear end portion(32) of the latch(30), an extension part(53) extended from the center part(51). The operating lever(50) operated by a push bar lifts the rear end portion(32) of the latch(30). A cam(60) is operated by a handle installed to the emergency door(1).
