PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise retrieval/sale system to enable a purchaser of merchandise to transmit purchase conditions of merchandise desired to be purchased by using a telephone. SOLUTION: In the merchandise retrieval/sale system constructed on a computer, the purchaser 200 of the merchandise ambiguously transmits the purchase conditions such as a providing origin, a price, a delivery data about the merchandise desired to be purchased by voice by using the telephone set 201. A voice recognizing part 12 recognizes the contents inputted by the voice by voice, a retrieval condition extracting part 14 extracts merchandise retrieval conditions from a result of voice recognition, a merchandise retrieving part 15 retrieves, detects the merchandise to conform to the extracted merchandise retrieval conditions most from a merchandise data base 30, transmits information about the detected merchandise to the purchaser of the merchandise and enables the purchaser of the merchandise to purchase the merchandise on the computer 10 provided in a center 100. |
