PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a light emitting device wherein error lighting of light emitting diodes is eliminated and the number of components can be reduced. SOLUTION: A Zener diode Z1 is connected between a power source terminal of a dot matrix unit and ground. Zener diodes Z2-Z5, Z6-Z9 are connected between anodes of light emitting diodes LED11-LED44 in the respective columns which are arranged in a dot matrix and the ground, or between cathodes of the light emitting diodes in the respective rows and the power source terminal. Consequently, a surge voltage is made to escape to Zener diode sides when it is mixed, and driving of GaN based light emitting diodes is performed. |
