PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facsimile equipment with cordless telephone function, which can confirm that a slave machine receives a facsimile transmission signal without confirming a display that facsimile equipment with cordless telephone function, which is a master machine, receives the facsimile transmission signal and a recorded content after reception and can judge to whom the facsimile transmission signal is sent among persons sharing facsimile equipment and to provide the FAX reception information method and a storage medium. SOLUTION: When the facsimile transmission signal is emitted from an outer terminal, the slave machine corresponding to the outer terminal to whom a telephone number is informed is extracted from the slave machines designated as the slave machines of an incoming destination by a telephone book which is previously registered in master machine facsimile equipment 1. The reception of the emitted facsimile transmission signal is informed to the extracted slave machine of the incoming destination.
