PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peelable base which can keep the shape without deforming during molding, even if the quantity of a resin to be mixed with a sintered material forming metal powder is possibly reduced to greatly decrease residual organic components or residual carbon, and to provide a method of manufacturing a porous metal molding for porous sintered metal materials, especially a method of manufacturing an anode element for tantalum solid electrolytic capacitors. SOLUTION: The metal of manufacturing a porous sintered metal material comprises a step for applying to a base a metal powder dispersed solution containing at least a solvent, a solvent-soluble binder resin and a metal powder for forming a sintered material and sintering the applied substances. A peelable base has a peel layer on the base. A porous metal molding to be sintered is formed using the peelable base. An anode element for tantalum capacitors is manufactured by applying the solution with use of the peelable base.
