PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic capacitor which can positively prevent problems such as floating or dropping during reflowing. SOLUTION: A ceramic capacitor element 1 has terminal electrodes 11 and 12 on both opposing end faces. Metallic terminals 2 and 3 have leading ends 21 and 31 connected to terminal electrodes 11 and 12, folding parts 22 and 32 at the midpoints, and terminals 23 and 33 in the rear of the folding parts 22 and 32. Connecting parts 4 and 5 contain solder components 41 and 51 and flux components 42 and 52, and the connecting parts 4 and 5 are interposed between the leading ends 21 and 31 of the metallic terminals 2 and 3 and the terminal electrodes 11 and 12 to perform bonding between the electrode 11 and the end 21 and between the end 31 and the electrode 12. The flux components 42 and 52 contain an adhesive resin and a curing agent.
