PURPOSE: A sliding guard window and a locking device are provided to prevent a damage of a window and guard a building from an invader by installing a guard window device at an outer window part of a building. CONSTITUTION: A sliding guard window and a locking device are assembled according to reference numbers of(1-14). A groove(5) is formed in a window and door frame(1). The reference number(2) is fixed to the groove(5). A groove(4) is formed into a window and door frame(3). The reference number(2) is fixed to the reference number(5). The reference number(6) is fixed by a bolt. The reference number(8) is inserted into a groove(6). A groove is formed in the reference number(8). The reference number(22) is inserted into the groove. A key portion(12) is inserted into a guard window locking portion(11). The key portion(12) is fixed by a bolt.
