VERSATILE LOWER BODY EXERCISE APPLIANCE

PURPOSE: A versatile lower body exercise appliance is provided to devise the exercise of extending of legs as well as expanding of them, and to extend a distance of exercise. CONSTITUTION: In the versatile lower body exercise appliance, an outer empty chambers(1-1) and an inner empty chambers are formed inside a double tubular type body(1), a spring(6) is elastically installed in the outer empty chambers or an empty chamber(4-3) of a right support tube(4-1) so as to make the right support tube of a right support plate(4) to be fitted and slid, and a spring(5) is elastically installed in the inner empty chambers or an empty chamber(3-3) of a left support tube(3-1) so as to make the right support tube of a left support plate(3) to be fitted and slid, thereby it is possible to allow a user to extend/retract as well as spread/draw legs and it is possible to extend a distance of exercise between the left and right support plates.
