PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tasting method of beverages which enables general people, persons associated with alcoholic beverages, such as wine experts and wine advisers, and traders handling beverages to handily make study on the beverages regardless of their dwelling areas, an education method of the same, an education system of the same, education equipment of the same and a computer reader recording medium. SOLUTION: The education system, education method, etc., of wines comprises steps of; controlling the tasting order of the wines, tallying statistics of the results of the tasting; comparing the same with respective users; providing periods when the tasting can be registered; allowing the users failing to be registered in these periods to be merely compared with the statistics; disposing spare weeks in the education periods to have events and recovery done in the spare periods; having the taste of fruits evaluated and having blind tasting done.
