AUTOMATED DOCUMENT PREPARATION SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document preparation system by which a document without incomplete contract conditions and the contract conditions and a document file to draft the document are distributively accessed. SOLUTION: The system to prepare the document is provided with a document model selector to select a document model to be prepared, a contract condition selector to select and arrange the contract conditions in the document model and a transmitting device to transmit the document model including the contract conditions to a client.
