PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TAM tape in which chips produces in a punching process can be easily detected. SOLUTION: In the TAB tape in which a protective layer 10 is laminated on an insulating film 14 via an adhesive layer 15, the protective layer 10 is colored. Even if the chips of the protective layer adhere to the TAB tape, if the protective layer is colored, it is possible to detect the chips and to remove them extremely easily. |
