PURPOSE: An aligner of a liquid crystal display is provided to minimize a deviation caused by misalignment that occurs when a passive tape carrier package is aligned. CONSTITUTION: An aligner of a liquid crystal display includes at least one alignment mark group(36), an attachment device, and a device alignment mark. The alignment mark group includes at least two panel alignment marks and is placed on a lower glass substrate(24), adjacent to a tape carrier package adhesion position. The attachment device attaches a tape carrier package(30,40) onto the tape carrier package adhesion position on the lower glass substrate. The device alignment mark is placed at one side of the attachment device and aligns the tape carrier package with the tape carrier package adhesion position in connection with at least two panel alignment marks.
