NYLON HOLLOW SINGLE FIBER HAVING EXCELLENT STRENGTH AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Nylon hollow single fiber having excellent strength and a manufacturing method thereof are provided which control spinning-draft, a location of a circular cooling part and control winding-velocity on producing nylon hollow undrawn yarn. CONSTITUTION: Conditions producing the nylon hollow undrawn yarn are as follows: 200-600 of spinning draft; 3-6cm directly on the circular cooling part; and 800-1500m/min. of winding velocity. The nylon hollow single fiber is obtained by drawing the nylon hollow undrawn yarn into 60-100deg.C of a water bath on 2.5-3.2times of draw ratio. The nylon hollow single fiber is characterized by 1-3denier of single yarn fineness, 5-8g/denier of strength, 40-80% of elongation and 10-30% of hollow ratio.
