PURPOSE: A decorative patterned block for an outer wall of a building is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to prevent environmental pollution by recycling waste materials. CONSTITUTION: The decorative patterned block(10) for an outer wall of a building comprises: a bonding part(100), whose rectangular lower side is a plane surface, provided with a bearing flange(101); and a shaping part(200) formed on the upper part of the bonding part(100) in the same standard size as the bonding part(100) and provided with rugged patterns(210), which is eccentric toward a corner of the bonding part(100), and a compression flange(201) projected horizontally and vertically.
