SOLUTION: In the present invention, a failure management center of a maintenance company registers contents of failure provided by a customer in a failure management system used at the failure management center, and in accordance with the information, instructs a repair service base to dispatch a CE and, at the same time, sends the information to a customer's terminal 10 used by the customer. After that the CE shares information on the failure with the failure management center through a network utilizing the customer's terminal 10 installed at the customer. Further, the CE registers contents of the task in the customer's terminal 10 along correction of the failure and sends them to the failure management center, making it possible to implement a task follow-up in real time. Also the present invention provides a method for managing records of replacement parts in correction work.
