PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rapid repair by allowing a house equipment maintenance dealer to execute provisional maintenance processing from a dealer computer. SOLUTION: In this system, the dealer computer 1 of a house equipment maintenance enterprise is connected with a gateway 4 of each dwelling unit 3 via a network 2. The gateway 4 is connected to an equipment control CPU of an electric water heater 6 that is an equipment inside the dwelling unit 3, and maintenance information is exchanged between the dealer computer 1 and the equipment control CPU of the water heater 6 of each the dwelling unit 3. The water heater 6 has a transmission/reception means, a storage means storing individual identification information of the water heater 6, and a device control means controlling a relay for an exothermic body operating on the basis of a sensor signal from a temperature sensor. The water heater 6 transmits detected error information and the individual identification information to the dealer computer 1 via the transmission/reception means and executes compulsory release of an error on the basis of an error compulsory release command having the individual identification information from the dealer computer 1. |
