PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store integrated management system and method, capable of reducing a cost for menu books and managing a store by only minimum personnel by allowing a customer himself to use a specified device and order when the customer hopes and dispensing with work for taking an order by a store clerk, and capable of managing the store without trouble of payment or an inaccurate factor in calculation of proceeds by executing price settlement by a customer's information recording medium. SOLUTION: This system has an input/output device (a customer side input/ output device) 21 on which menu information of a customer service is displayed; an order menu information processor 19 deciding an order menu of the customer on the basis of selection data detected by the customer side input/output device 21 and generating order data from the order menu; a kitchen/tray service information processor (a service information processor) 7 capable of displaying service provision information indicating service contents to be proposed to the customer; and a store information management device 8 capable of receiving service provision completion information and service preparation completion information inputted from service provision side input/output devices (31, 32, 33, 34). |
