PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like speech generator which is capable of easily sensing its location even if missing or the like by putting the generator on a remote controller, etc. SOLUTION: This generator has signal receiving means for receiving radio signals and speech generating means for generating the prescribed speech by amplifying the signals received by the signal receiving means in a sheet-like case. The generator is constituted to generate the prescribed speech when receiving the prescribed radio signals while fixing the case to an object to be secured. The case has flexibility and the signal receiving means is constituted to receive the specific radio signals of preset portable telephones, etc.
